Privacy Policy
Ultimate QSR ("Ultimate QSR", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or submit a lead form, how we use that information, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over your information.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
1. Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and information we collect automatically when you interact with our website or our advertisements.
Information you provide directly:
- Name and contact information (email address, phone number) when you complete a lead form
- Restaurant business information (restaurant name, restaurant type, number of locations, current POS provider, revenue range, role within the business, preferred call time)
- Any additional information you share with us during a follow-up conversation
Information we collect automatically:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (which advertisement or link brought you to our site)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (described in Section 5 below)
Information from advertising platforms:
If you submit a lead form through one of our advertisements on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Meta may share with us certain profile information you have authorized to share with advertisers, such as your name, email, and phone number.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your lead form submission and qualify your interest in a POS consultation
- To contact you by email, phone, or text message during the qualification and follow-up process
- To improve our website, content, and advertising
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and enforce our rights
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your lead form submission without your consent.
3. Sharing your information
We share your information only as described below.
With partner vendors for POS consultation:
Qualified leads may be shared with partner vendors for the purpose of providing the POS consultation you requested when you submitted the form. We share only the information necessary to deliver the consultation: your name, restaurant name, contact information, restaurant type, location count, current POS provider, and revenue range. Partner vendors are contractually required to use this information only for the consultation purpose and not for unrelated marketing.
With service providers:
We use third-party service providers to operate our website, deliver our advertisements, manage our email communications, and process lead form submissions. These providers include but are not limited to:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and DNS)
- Meta Platforms (advertising and lead capture via Meta Lead Ads)
- Mailchimp (email automation and contact management)
- Google (analytics and email forwarding via Google Workspace)
These service providers process information on our behalf under their respective privacy practices, and they are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
For legal compliance:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers:
If Ultimate QSR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data retention
We retain lead form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to complete the consultation process and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, compliance, and follow-up purposes. Typical retention is 24 months from the date of your submission, after which we will delete or anonymize your information unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer.
You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email address above (subject to limitations in Section 6 below).
